Brian is an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University and Missouri State University and a member of the Senior Executive Service with the U.S. government. Brian earned a Ph.D. in International Security from George Mason University. He also has a master’s degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
